Return and refund policy

At Calmeera, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality skincare products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted for products damaged in transit, products with physical defects, or if an incorrect product has been shipped.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at calmeera.com@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

The product must be unused, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. Items with tampered serial numbers will not be accepted.

2. Return & Refund Process

Once we receive your return request along with photographic evidence, we will inspect and validate your claim.

If approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.

If the product is found ineligible for return, it will be sent back to you.

For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days of approval.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Important Notes

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal is broken, or the serial number has been tampered with.

If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for return requests.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Exchange Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
