Once an order is placed, we will send a confirmation email, followed by another email upon dispatch, confirming acceptance of the order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order confirmation email will be sent, and the order will be processed only after confirmation via email or mobile.

Dispatch of multiple products in a single order may occur at different times.

All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your order promptly. If they are unable to reach your provided address, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping Charges: Orders above INR 495 qualify for free shipping. Orders below INR 495 will incur a shipping fee of INR 75.

Currently, Calmeera does not offer international shipping.
